Jump 3D
A downloadable game for Windows
Welcome to JUMP 3D, where you have to jump before the platforms are closed to get as far as possible!
The platforms above you will close at a random speed after a random time. Press space to JUMP and try to get on the next platform!
And of course there are a few extras to make it more interesting:
1. Coins
You can collect coins to buy some cool stuff in the shop.
2. Four different Power-Ups
The green coin is actually a Power-Up. When you collect it, you get one of four by random, to spice the game up a bit. One will make you tall, another one will make you small. A tricky one turns you into sphere and the last one will make you bounce a bit every time you hit an edge.
3. Shop with an extra
You can use the coins you collected to buy colors for your player! Even though there are 3 default colors to buy, the "Create your own Color" Section is much cooler. Using three sliders for R, G and B, you can make your own color. In theory, you can make more than 16 million colors with that!
And be careful: You can only jump when the cube is perfectly on the ground, so if it lands on the edge, you will have to wait until it falls over. To counter this problem, always jump at the right moment!
Good luck and have fun while playing! :)
What to do after installing:
You will get a Zip-File that you have to place in a folder you like.
Then right click on it and select "Extract here".
To start the game simply double click on "Jump.exe".

Awesome! It really needs some more variety though, gets repetitive pretty quickly, or just make the whole gameplay quicker by not giving too much time after you landed. I also encountered a bug where I somehow landed on the edge of the cube and stayed that way and I was not able to jump.
Thanks for testing it out!
Yes, it's true that it gets repetitive after a short time, even though the time to the next platform closing can be 0 seconds. (Random time from 0 to 2.5s)
The bug is new to me. It sounds a bit like that you have to jump really precisely to get to that, because otherwise the Physics Engine of Unity should make the cube fall over.
I hope I can fix that problem :)
